Neurodiversity Profiling
What it’s about
Neurodiversity describes differences in how brains process stimuli,
form connections, and prepare decisions.
Some brains sort linearly, others jump, connect, and condense.
Language lands through meaning, rhythm, images, sounds, atmospheres.
NEURODIVERSITY profiling opens two directions of view at once:
inward toward perception, outward toward environment, roles, and horizons of expectation –
and creates a foundation for understanding.
NEURODIVERSITY profiling shows:
patterns in focus, energy, timing, and contact,
individual perceptual logics and sensory profiles,
points of leverage where knowledge, language, and conditions can evolve,
questions neurodiversity raises for leadership, HR, education, parenting, and self-leadership.
Who I work with
NEURODIVERSITY profiling addresses people with high-resolution inner worlds –
and those with responsibility for ND-relevant decisions:
neurodivergent adults
with clear perceptual acuity
organizers, educational providers, associations
who want to make ND accessible to their environments through talks and workshops
professionals, creatives, and athletes with ND profiles
leaders, HR, People & Culture, school and university leadership
with ND-related responsibility
parents, caregivers, and families with ND children or high ND density, teams and committees
that already hold ND perspectives or want to integrate them
Common denominator:
decisions with influence on life paths, careers, and belonging.
Typical triggers
School and training pathways that slow down particular talents
Preparation for conversations with schools, employers, diagnostics, authorities
Building ND competence in leadership circles, HR, school and university leadership
Career decisions related to sensory load, energy balance, responsibility, and meaning
Tensions in teams or families around sensory openness, withdrawal, directness, honesty
Role questions: leadership, expertise, project leadership, self-employment, hybrid models
Development of talks, workshop series, or in-house formats on ND for teams, locations, and networks
NEURODIVERSITY profiling provides a situational picture that shows which environments support,
which roles generate strength, and where education and clarification can begin.
How I work
Profile work emerges through conversations, observation, and the evaluation of real situations –
workdays, meetings, learning and performance scenes, family moments.
I work along four lines:
Sensory profile
sounds, light, touch, social density, digital input
Focus & energy
daily rhythm, pressure points, windows for regeneration
Contact & communication
directness, pauses, rhythm, preferred forms of expression
Context
roles, environment, expectations, institutional frameworks
From this emerges a profile mapping that makes visible:
which boundaries provide orientation,
which conditions foster clarity, creativity, and resilience,
which combinations of role, pace, and contact are sustainable,
In parallel, a knowledge framework emerges for decision-makers:
clear terminology, concrete examples, workable options for leadership, personnel, education, and family.
My own neurodivergent perspective sharpens the view
for nuances, fractures, and high-intensity sensory environments.
Results and impact
NEURODIVERSITY profiling creates orientation for people and structures with ND relevance:
consciously designed days, meetings, and routines
language for perception that was previously hard to grasp
clearer decisions about roles, career paths, and learning trajectories
leadership and collaboration that integrate ND profiles as strength
greater security in agreements between ND individuals, environments, and institutions
knowledge bases from which ND strategies, recruiting, leadership programs, and educational offerings can grow
Organizations gain a foundation to think neurodiversity as embedded – in leadership, personnel policy, communication, and spatial design.
Cooperation
The following formats are options that can be combined, adapted, or expanded depending on concept.

Call to Action + Podcast Bridge
Request NEURODIVERSITY profiling or an ND format
For an initial step, three points are sufficient:
Framework
participants, roles, timeframe, budget horizon
Starting point
current context and fields of tension around neurodiversity
Target picture
which clarification, decision, or form of understanding takes priority
On this basis, I outline a profiling mandate or ND format with scope, approach, and investment –
concise and ready for your decision.
If you would like to learn more about neurodiversity:
on my podcast page you’ll find episodes in which ND becomes audible through full stories and FACTS.
