Business Profiling

What it’s about

Companies act through people in key roles.
They embody strategy, shape atmosphere, and decide on pace, risk, and trust.

BUSINESS profiling focuses on this structure:

who carries, who steers,
how responsibility is distributed,
which individuals shape the organization,
who holds the threads – visibly or in the background,
which forces open up fields and which constellations intensify friction.

Who I work with

BUSINESS profiling addresses people with leverage:

Entrepreneurs and owners
Boards, advisory boards, and committees
Executive management and leadership circles
Key individuals in consulting, HR, People & Culture,
Brand and communication

Common denominator:
decision-making authority of one’s own and the will to consciously shape direction, culture, and results.

Typical triggers

Cultural change in established structures
Building or restructuring leadership teams
Profile clarification before strategic turning points
Selection and placement of candidates for exposed roles
Generational change, succession, onboarding of new partners

BUSINESS profiling provides a situational picture that shows where organization, personal profile,
and external image align– and where new combinations become meaningful.

How I work

Profile work emerges from observation, dialogue, and the evaluation of real situations:
meetings, decision-making rounds, everyday communication.

I work along three lines:

Behavior
Presence, body language, reaction patterns, tension levels
Structure
Role landscape, lines of influence, unwritten rules, alliances
Language
Word choice, imagery, storylines, email culture, internal and external appearances

Neurodivergent perception

Many entrepreneurial decisions emerge in environments with high sensory density,
unspoken expectations, and complex alliances.

Neurodivergent perception registers details,
shifts in mood, and patterns in behavior, language, and space that others easily miss.

This perspective is consciously integrated into my work:
I perceive subtle shifts in leadership, structure, and communication early
and condense them into clear language for entrepreneurs, executive management, and leadership circles.

More on this under NEURODIVERSITY on this website and in my podcast UNFRAME THE BRAIN.

Results and impact

BUSINESS profiling creates a foundation for decisions with reach:

more precise placements in leadership and key roles
a clear view of individuals, responsibilities, and mandates
greater orientation in phases of high pressure or rapid change
a more coherent connection between corporate spirit, leadership style, and brand presence

Financially, this shows in more focused use of resources, reduced friction in change processes,
and better conditions for talents who are meant to stay.

Cooperation

The following formats are options that can be combined, adapted, or expanded depending on context.

Executive Profiling
Profile analysis for individual leaders
Leadership Constellation Scan
Insight into the composition and dynamics of a leadership team
Ownership & Governance Profiling
Profile work for owners, boards, advisory boards, and shareholder groups

Scope, depth, and pacing emerge through dialogue – aligned with context, target picture, and framework.

Call to Action

Request BUSINESS profiling

For an initial step, three points are sufficient:

Starting point
current context and fields of tension
Framework
organization, participants, time and budget horizon
Target picture
which clarification or decision takes priority

On this basis, I outline a profiling mandate with scope, approach, and investment –
concise and ready for your decision.
